Competence Center

Messer has specialised technical schools in various countries. One is in Krefeld (Germany) where, among other things, new technologies, gas mixtures for a wide range of materials and welding processes, as well as applications for welding and cutting are developed. In the foreground is a future-oriented focus on our products, based on the needs of our customers. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous cooperation partners who can support us in our work.

In addition to the development of new products and applications, we also offer our customers the opportunity to carry out welding tests at the technical centre. These are often not possible at our customers' sites due to increasingly mechanised or automated production.

Due to its excellent equipment, the location in Germany is particularly suitable for innovative projects and presentations and training for customers. The management and organisation of projects taking place outside the centre, where welding experiments with partners must be carried out, is also planned from here.
